About Jeff Eaves

Jeff Eaves was born and raised in Wichita Falls Texas where he attended elementary and high school.  After high school graduation, Jeff attended college at the University of Texas at Arlington and Midwestern State University where I double majored in Mathematics and History, with honors.  He also attended the University of Tusla College of Law, where he graduated “Order of the Curule Chair.”  This means he graduated in the TOP 10% of his law school class and was an editor of the Tulsa Law Review.  He received the top grade in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure while in law school.  He was a felony prosecutor at the Wichita County District Attorney’s office where he tried over twenty jury trials in three years.

Jeff In his own words…

I decided to take my acquired skills and experience to help members of my community.  I focus my practice on Criminal law and Family Law.  For my criminal clients, I often post their bail bond at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to the client which avoids clients from paying a bondsman, thereby saving the client valueable funds.  I have been on the Texas State Bar Committee for Pattern Jury Instructions since 2007, and have co-authored number copies of the Texas Pattern Jury Instructions for Criminal Cases series.  I have handled numerous appeals to the appellate courts in Texas as well as the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.  I handle federal criminal cases as well.  I fight zealously for my client to get their cases dismissed, get the best settlements for my clients, or go to trial.

In addition, I handle all areas of Family law including divorce and child custody.  Divorce and custody of children can be the most traumatic and difficult time in a person’s life.  I provide counsel with compassion and zeal in fighting for my client’s children and property.
